Westminster International University in Tashkent has an online recruitment system. HOW TO PREPARE

Before the panel interview, don’t forget to do the following:  Carefully read and analyze the job description  Do the background check about the University - history, available courses, relationships between WIUT and the University of Westminster, etc.  Understand yourself – what you have to offer, why you have applied for this role, how this role will help drive your career, what skills and/ or knowledge do you have to bring to the position, your strengths and development points.Anticipate likely questions - The key to a successful interview is preparation. While you can’t predict every question you’ll be asked, in most situations you can anticipate at least 50% of the questions.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE UNDERTAKING AN INTERVIEW?

Interview Format: The selection process in WIUT is conducted in a form of panel interview. As a rule the panel consists of at least 4 persons, one person who leads the interview (chair of the panel – normally a senior Manager), the line manager of the post and colleagues from across the university. The Panel chair will explain the process and the outline questions that will be asked. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE INTERVIEW ROOM UNLESS ASKED TO DO SO – THERE WILL BE AN INTERVIEW TAKING PLACE

Terms & Conditions

Salary Information about the salary will be stated when a formal offer is made. The University pays above the norm for equivalent positions. Hours of Work The university works from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00. Probationary Period The appointment for each staff member is subject to satisfactory completion of a probationary period. The length of probation period is 3 months. During the probation period any rewards and additional payments are allowed. Annual, sick and maternity leaves Annual, sick and maternity leaves are provided in accordance with the Labor Code of Republic of Uzbekistan
