This story inspires not only WIUT students; Kamila is proud representative of the student body from Uzbekistan and we want to share her thoughts with you.
“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my supervisor Bilol Buzrukov for motivating me to start the project and allowing me to conduct my dissertation research on the topic “The road back home is never long: The Refugee Return Migration”. Mr Buzrukov helped me a lot with my research, with enhancing my knowledge in the field, and was always willing to provide me with valuable feedback. I am also grateful to our university for providing the facilities required for such research and access to academic journals and learning materials. Finally, I would like to thank the Economics with Finance faculty members for building in me solid econometrics foundations and providing fundamental knowledge in economic analysis. Without this amazing support, this dissertation would never have been written”- said Kamilla Zakirova.
