For incoming NEW students who will be starting their course at WIUT from September 2022, there will be a fee increase to ensure the continued quality of educational provision and services. The University did not increase its fees since 2018. The annual inflation rate in Uzbekistan is currently standing nearly at 10%  and continued double-digit inflation over the past several years has meant that University expenditure (i.e. real wages, utility costs, exchange rates, resources etc.) has risen significantly.  Local fees for Uzbekistan citizens will increase by 10% in line with current inflation and this increase to tuition fees is from the 2022/2023 academic year (i.e. September 2022) onwards for new Pre-Foundation, Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate students only. For all existing current students, their fees remain the same.
