Commercial law students from Westminster International University of Tashkent (WIUT) participated with other leading law schools in the model conference dedicated to the topic “Mechanisms for the implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption: the second review cycle”. This event took place at the Academy of the General Prosecutor’s Office on the 9th December and was organised within the framework of events commemorating International Day against Corruption.
WIUT Commercial Law students delivered presentations on the matters of implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption. This event helped students increase their knowledge on the anti-corruption tools and mechanisms, legal issues of national implementation of the UN Convention and to build connections with law students of other law schools.
