WIUT Faculty members participated in the Central Asia Economic & Financial Literacy Forum
WIUT is excited to share snapshots from the first Central Asia Economic & Financial Literacy Forum, hosted in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on March 26, 2024!
The Uzbekistan delegation was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nargiza Alimukhamedova (WIUT Course Leader and EFI project Country Manager for Uzbekistan) and featured esteemed members including Dr. Timur Makhkamov (WIUT Senior Lecturer), Dr. Alisher Shaykhov (Ambassador and Chairman of Uzbekistan Managers Association), Mr. Usmon Rakhimjanov (UNDP Project Manager), and Dr. Valijon Turakulov (Central Asian University, Head of International Business Department). All delegates contributed significantly to the event by sharing their best practices in four relevant panels.
With over 50 participants hailing from EFI's dedicated team and representing Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan, the forum facilitated enriching discussions and outcomes.
