Adiz Ibodullayev

Organizm began early in 2024 when Adiz was facing time management and motivational issues. During the course of seeking appropriate solutions, he discovered that several other people had the same issues. The result was the formation of a community-based club where members kept each other accountable to reach goals. ‘This idea really ignited me, and the next day, I wrote the concept of the club and built a minecard of what it would look like, after which I announced it all on my blog that I had such an idea and wanted to implement it. There were good reviews. I realised then that many people have such problems. After that, I started working on creating the club. It took about 3 weeks to build everything. I came up with the name “ORGANIZM PROJECT”. Why Organizm? Because we have an Organism, in this organism we have organs and if these organs are healthy, then the person himself will be healthy. Also in life, if all aspects are adjusted, then the person himself will be happy. This is how the name Organizm was invented.’
However, after initial success, engagement declined, and Adiz faced his first major entrepreneurial setback. Instead of giving up, he pivoted—turning the concept into a structured digital system called "Ritm," now in its third version and soon to be launched as a comprehensive mobile application. That is, now the project itself remained as Organizm, and the product of this became Ritm 1.0. ‘It's like Apple and iPhone. Then, this whole story began. I have worked and still work on the system for more than a year now and now we have reached the stage where we created Ritm 3.0. Now, I plan to create my own application where you can manage everything in one place: goals, tasks, finances, documents, projects, trackers, and so on.’
Shaping an entrepreneur
The university’s flexible learning environment allowed him to balance his academic responsibilities while developing his startup. "The ability to structure my own schedule and manage my workload gave me the time and space to work on Organizm," he recalls. University became a hub for networking opportunities, mentorship, and real-world business insights.
"At WIUT, I learned how to communicate effectively, build networks, and develop leadership skills through teamwork. The university’s focus on research and developing analytical thinking helped me approach problems systematically, which have been invaluable in building my startup."
InnoWIUT also played a crucial role. Through this platform, Adiz met like-minded individuals who provided support, feedback, and collaboration opportunities, strengthening the foundation of his startup. The university further contributed by connecting him with mentors who are now assisting in securing investment for Organizm’s next phase.
Challenges and lessons
Building Organizm was not without its hurdles. From initial failures in engagement to refining the product’s structure, Adiz quickly learned that adaptability and efficiency are key to success. "One of the biggest lessons I learned is that in business, you need to act quickly with the resources you have. Perfection isn’t necessary at the beginning; however, the execution is."
His advice to aspiring student entrepreneurs is simple: plan ahead, eliminate distractions, and make the most of the university’s resources. "The opportunities are many, but it is up to you to make the most of them."
For Adiz, success isn’t just about financial gains—it’s about freedom. "Success is doing what you love while making an impact. It’s about turning work into a passion and achieving financial independence through it."
The lasting impact
"The university doesn’t just provide education; it fosters an entrepreneurial mindset. It equips students with the skills, resources, and confidence to turn ideas into reality. I am grateful for the support WIUT has given me, and I hope future students take full advantage of what it offers."
His story serves as an inspiration to fellow students—showing that with the right support, determination, and passion, turning an idea into a thriving business is possible even before graduation.
