JEAN MONNET MODULE
About the Project
WIUT Commercial Law Course is introducing a new course on the European Union Law, funded by Erasmus Jean Monnet. The aim of the course is to increase the knowledge and ensure continuous training students of WIUT and Uzbek business society about the European Union law and the role of EU on an international level. The course is going to promote EU business law, sales, and regional agreements, in a format of extracurricular module, as a response to the increasing importance of the EU dimension and expanding areas for cooperation between the EU and Uzbekistan. The course will build bridges between students and business society, where the latter would otherwise not have access to legal assistance, whereas students will receive hands-on experience doing the real work of lawyers, while providing critical legal services to underserved individuals and communities who aim to deal in cross-border transactions with the EU market.
