Throughout February, WIUT’s Career Development Centre (https://t.me/wiutcareers) organised the Month of HR to equip students with industry insights and practical knowledge in human resource management. In partnership with seven leading companies, including Uzinfocom, Murad Buildings, EPAM, Exadel, ACWA Power, UZCARD, and BAT Uzbekistan, our students engaged with top HR professionals and enhanced their expertise.
The initiative featured interactive lectures and workshops on corporate culture, talent acquisition, AI in HR, performance management, and succession planning, offering an in-depth understanding of HR strategies, recruitment, and leadership development. This provided students with a competitive edge in their future careers.
