Girls’ Party Review

The Girls’ Party was a warm and inspiring event that beautifully combined education, self-care, and fun. The cozy pink-themed atmosphere immediately made everyone feel comfortable and connected.

Healthy Eating – Dilrabo Alimova
The session focused on balanced nutrition rather than strict dieting. A story was shared about healthy weight loss through small, sustainable changes: reducing sugar, eating more protein and vegetables, drinking water, walking daily, and getting enough sleep. Scientific research supports gradual weight loss as the safest and most effective method.

Fitness – Dilrabo Babakulova
Fitness was presented as a lifestyle, not punishment. Dancing was highlighted as a powerful form of exercise. Studies show dancing improves heart health, coordination, mood (through endorphins), and reduces stress, proving movement can be both healthy and enjoyable.

Facial Yoga – Sabina Khajikhanova
Facial yoga exercises were demonstrated to improve circulation and relax facial muscles. However, it was emphasized that you should consult a professional before practicing regularly, especially if you have skin or jaw issues.

Skin Care Masterclass – Nilufar Muhtorova-Haitova
The skincare session covered common skin problems and explained the 10-step Korean skincare routine. The skincare masterclass was one of the highlights of the event. The main advice: choose products wisely and consult a dermatologist before using active ingredients. Skincare should be personalized, not trend-based. At the end, face masks were gifted to participants.

Fun & Celebration
The event ended with games, karaoke, dancing, fun music, and pizza. The scientific talk about dancing turned into reality as everyone enjoyed moving, laughing, and bonding together.

Overall, the Girls’ Party was not just an event-it was a meaningful experience combining knowledge, self-care, friendship, and unforgettable memories.
