CPFS Talks at CPFS turned out to be exactly what it promised -real stories, real people, real impact.
No “perfectly crafted” stories. Just students getting up and sharing what actually matters to them and that’s what made it hit different.
What stood out:
-Ibrahim broke down why social health matters-simple idea, but something we all overlook.
-AbdulQuddus, Muxsina, and Isfandiyor spoke about transformation, each from their own angle.
-Komron’s point on learning more from failure than success probably stuck with everyone in the room.
-Aneliya brought in a fresh perspective on sport as a lifestyle, not just a hobby.
The panel and Q&A were actually engaging. People asked real questions, and got real answers. No awkward silence, no forced answer discussions.
Overall:
It didn’t feel like a typical event-more like a conversation we actually needed. You came in curious, and left thinking. Definitely something worth continuing as an annual tradition.
On March 6, the SU team organized a special event in celebration of International Women’s Day, dedicated to the incredible women in our community, including our female teachers, students, and SU members.
The event featured a variety of activities that created a warm and joyful atmosphere, bringing everyone together to celebrate, appreciate, and recognize the important role women play in our academic community.
It was a wonderful opportunity to express gratitude for their dedication, achievements, and positive impact. The SU team proudly congratulates all women on this special occasion and wishes them continued success, happiness, and inspiration.
On February 27, 2026, the long-awaited Treasure Hunt took place, bringing together CPFS and Cambridge students for an exciting adventure filled with challenges, teamwork, and hidden treasures.
Participants explored themed rooms, solved creative tasks, and competed in teams to collect treasures and reach the final goal. The event was full of energy, strategy, and unforgettable moments.
We’ve prepared a short montage capturing the atmosphere of the day - teamwork, excitement, and the spirit of adventure.
Thank you to everyone who participated and made Treasure Hunt 2026 such a memorable event!
The Girls’ Party was a warm and inspiring event that beautifully combined education, self-care, and fun. The cozy pink-themed atmosphere immediately made everyone feel comfortable and connected.
Healthy Eating – Dilrabo Alimova
The session focused on balanced nutrition rather than strict dieting. A story was shared about healthy weight loss through small, sustainable changes: reducing sugar, eating more protein and vegetables, drinking water, walking daily, and getting enough sleep. Scientific research supports gradual weight loss as the safest and most effective method.
Fitness – Dilrabo Babakulova
Fitness was presented as a lifestyle, not punishment. Dancing was highlighted as a powerful form of exercise. Studies show dancing improves heart health, coordination, mood (through endorphins), and reduces stress, proving movement can be both healthy and enjoyable.
Facial Yoga – Sabina Khajikhanova
Facial yoga exercises were demonstrated to improve circulation and relax facial muscles. However, it was emphasized that you should consult a professional before practicing regularly, especially if you have skin or jaw issues.
Skin Care Masterclass – Nilufar Muhtorova-Haitova
The skincare session covered common skin problems and explained the 10-step Korean skincare routine. The skincare masterclass was one of the highlights of the event. The main advice: choose products wisely and consult a dermatologist before using active ingredients. Skincare should be personalized, not trend-based. At the end, face masks were gifted to participants.
Fun & Celebration
The event ended with games, karaoke, dancing, fun music, and pizza. The scientific talk about dancing turned into reality as everyone enjoyed moving, laughing, and bonding together.
Overall, the Girls’ Party was not just an event-it was a meaningful experience combining knowledge, self-care, friendship, and unforgettable memories.
On 30 January, 2026, the Lyceum Library turned into a true battlefield of words as students competed in the exciting Vocabulary Star Contest.
The event brought together motivated pre-university students ready to test their quick thinking and speaking skills.
Stages:
1️⃣ Kahoot Round: a fast-paced quiz that tested students’ vocabulary knowledge and reaction speed.
2️⃣ Wordwall Challenge: an interactive round that pushed participants to match and identify correct word meanings.
3️⃣ Synonyms (Written Task): students wrote synonyms for given words and flexibility of vocabulary.
4️⃣ Definition Round (Speaking): participants picked random words from papers and explained their meanings in front of everyone.
5️⃣ Final Speaking Round: contestants randomly selected a topic and spoke about it, demonstrating confidence and fluency.
The energy throughout the contest was amazing! Students not only competed, but also learned new words and improved their speaking skills. ✨
We are proud of every participant who stepped out of their comfort zone and challenged themselves. Events like this prove that learning English can be both educational and exciting.
