UNDERGRADUATE OFFER HOLDERS
Congratulations on receiving your Acceptance Letter from WIUT. To secure your place and complete your admission to the University, you will need to follow the steps below. Please make sure you complete each stage within the required deadlines to avoid delays to your enrolment.
OFFER HOLDER GUIDE
STEP 1
Accept Your Offer
After receiving your Acceptance Letter, you must accept the terms of the Public Offer Agreement online and pay 50% of the annual tuition fee within 10 working days.
Please note that your place at WIUT cannot be confirmed until these requirements have been completed.
STEP 2
Submit Your Original Documents
Once you have received your Certificate of Secondary Education or Academic Lyceum/Professional College Diploma, you must submit the required original documents to the WIUT Inquiry Office.
Our team will verify your documents before proceeding to the next stage of enrolment.
STEP 3
Access the Enrolment System
After your original documents have been verified, you will be granted access to the online enrolment process within 10 working days. Instructions on how to complete enrolment will be provided to you by the University.
STEP 4
Complete Enrolment and Induction
To become a WIUT student, you must complete all required enrolment and induction activities. These activities are designed to help you prepare for your studies and become familiar with University services, regulations and student life.
STEP 5
Become a WIUT Student
Once you have completed all enrolment requirements:
• Your admission will be formally confirmed;
• Your details will be entered into the Higher Education Management Information System (HEMIS);
• You will be included in the University's official student list.
You are now ready to begin your journey at WIUT.
